Kawasaki Heavy Industries Ltd. (KHI), Japan, i.e., the Holding Company of India Kawasaki Motors Private Limited (IKM) has spun off its Motorcycle & Engine Business with effect from 1st October, 2021. Accordingly, a new Company, Kawasaki Motors Limited (Japan) has been incorporated under KHI to handle the Motorcycle & Engine Business. Spinning off the Motorcycle & Engine Business has been done to speed up decision-making and to offer products and services in sync with the customers. From 1st October, 2021, Kawasaki Motors Limited (Japan) shall be the Holding Company of India Kawasaki Motors Private Limited.
